**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our team at Enva. As a Credit Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash collection and credit management processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the collection of group ledgers and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Conduct credit checks and authorize new accounts to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Develop and implement payment plans and terms to meet customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and letter to resolve disputes and queries.
- Set up direct debits and process credit card payments.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in a credit control department.
- ERP experience and proficiency in Excel and Word.
- AAT or CICM certification is desirable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
