Job Description

**Job Title:** Credit Management Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our team at Enva. As a Credit Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash collection and credit management processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the collection of group ledgers and ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Conduct credit checks and authorize new accounts to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Develop and implement payment plans and terms to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and letter to resolve disputes and queries.
  • Set up direct debits and process credit card payments.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in a credit control department.
  • ERP experience and proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • AAT or CICM certification is desirable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
