We are seeking an experienced Exams Manager to join our team at Mobile Testing Solutions Ltd (MTS). As a key member of our exams team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IELTS exams, ensuring compliance with exam board standards, and working towards annual targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the IELTS exam team, including exam preparation, delivery, and results.
- Ensure exams comply with agreed exam board standards.
- Work towards annual targets set for each exam venue.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Administrators to resolve customer complaints and refund requests.
- Develop an annual internal audit plan with the Compliance and Improvement Manager.
- Manage inspection visits from exam boards and conduct regular inspections of exam venues.
- Implement recommendations from internal and external audits and compliance visits.
- Work with HR to schedule and manage the IELTS exam team.
- Conduct regular reviews of IELTS exams policies, programmes, and practices.
- Assist the Head of Exams in driving strategic business change management projects.
- Experience with IELTS exams desirable.
- Degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in IELTS exams management or testing administration role.
- Proven experience in invigilating high-stakes exams.
- Good knowledge of the testing, examination, teaching, and education sectors.
- Fully IT literate.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Absolute commitment to confidentiality and duty of care.
- Customer-centric.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
