About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at Heathrow. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all ULD builds to Airlines specifications as instructed by LHR Gateway, ensuring Aircraft safety is maintained at all times.
  • Freight Handling: Receive inbound freight using the GXD system & WMS and book in and process outbound freight using the same systems.
  • Forklift Operations: Safely load and unload vehicles using a forklift.
  • Freight Sorting: Sort and split freight according to customer SOP's.
  • Manual Handling: Frequently perform manual handling tasks.
  • Material Handling Equipment: Use all MHE as trained.
Requirements
  • ULD Build experience.
  • Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working within a warehouse environment is essential.
  • Reach Truck License: Holding a Reach Truck license is advantageous for this position.
  • Desirable License: Possession of a Counterbalance license would be advantageous.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent timekeeping and attendance are essential qualities.
