Job Title: Seasonal Sales Advisor

At Ted Baker, we're looking for a Seasonal Sales Advisor to join our team in Glasgow. As a Seasonal Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current products and trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting our values of Authenticity, Kindness, Curiosity, Courage, and Inclusivity.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support the store's overall performance.
