Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough site inspections and analyzing costs to prepare accurate estimates and mitigate risk
- Sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing suppliers to optimize project outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Creating detailed cost plans and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, quantity surveying, engineering)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $155,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
