Make a Difference in Military Healthcare

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in the lives of military families? Do you have experience in healthcare delivery systems or managed care environments? We're seeking a highly skilled Beneficiary Services Representative to join our team in Lakenheath, England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide education and enrollment services to TRICARE beneficiaries, ensuring seamless access to healthcare services.
  • Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System and other tools.
  • Register TRICARE beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system and perform Primary Care Manager changes in accordance with Military Treatment Facility guidelines.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to beneficiary inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect, process, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty and active-duty family member portability/disenrollment processes.
  • Conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, pre-separation/retirement, and other events.
  • Provide basic claims assistance, including information on claim status.
  • Collect and record health information into applicable systems, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Assess and address beneficiary needs, referring or escalating as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collect and report information on daily activities performed, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or US Contractor supporting the DoD.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Eligible for and maintain ADP IT III / Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1.
  • Three years' cumulative experience in healthcare delivery systems, managed care environments, or customer service roles.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficient in written and oral communications.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy with Internet research experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Knowledge of TRICARE Overseas programs, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), DOES, and MHS Genesis.
