Industrial Maintenance Specialist

Staffbase Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a busy manufacturing plant in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. CNC machine maintenance and machine tool fitting skills are highly desirable.
A recognised qualification in mechanical engineering or time served experience is required. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40K + OT (OTE £50K +) with benefits including 33 days annual leave, sick pay, and pension.
Job Description:
- Maintenance activities at a busy factory and machine shop, including fault finding and repair of CNC machines, overhead cranes, and welding equipment.
- Gearbox, bearing, shaft, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor, pump, valve maintenance, and fabrication work.
- Facilities maintenance and planned preventative maintenance tasks.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am -4.30pm, Friday 8am - 12.30pm with overtime available.
