Job Summary

Fresenius Kabi UK is seeking a skilled Regional Nurse Manager to lead a team of community-based Nurses in delivering high-quality care to patients. As a key member of the nursing service, you will support the strategic focus of the national Nursing Service and the local Directorate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Clinical Nurse Advisors, ensuring compliance with mandatory training and clinical competence.
  • Monitor nurse efficiencies, manage recruitment, absence, and attrition.
  • Deliver on regulatory requirements and clinical governance through audit and management of incidents and complaints.
  • Participate in national committees or projects in line with the nursing strategic goals.

Requirements

  • NMC registration.
  • Full driving license.
  • Recognisable nurse training or mentorship qualification desirable.
  • Line management or equivalent experience desirable.
