Digital Marketing Director

Our client, a dynamic challenger bank, is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join their expanding team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving digital transformation in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in content, digital, communications, and events. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute annual brand campaigns across all products, and optimize content across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and refining content with the lead agency, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborating with the Head of Marketing and lead agency to develop and implement annual brand campaigns for savings and lending, targeting both internal teams and external audiences, in line with the brand strategy.
- Managing PR efforts and events, partnering with the events lead to boost local and broker engagement and awareness.
- Overseeing digital marketing campaigns, including aggregators, PPC, and SEO, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Officer to ensure seamless execution.
- Serving as the brand guardian, maintaining a consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual presentation across all platforms.
