Marketing Manager

3Search is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join one of their leading consumer brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy to drive business growth and market share.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including digital, influencer, and partnerships.
  • Manage a team of 3 and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Liaise with regional headquarters and markets to align on brand strategy and ensure effective communication.
  • Manage a £ multi-million marketing budget and make strategic decisions to optimize ROI.
  • Develop and implement longer-term strategy and portfolio optimization plans.
Key Skills:
  • Proven success as a Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge.
  • FMCG background with experience in P and L management.
  • Strong digital comms strategies, including influencer, social, and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong cross-functional and cross-border stakeholder management.
  • Numerate, commercially astute, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Line management experience essential to support, coach, and develop the team.
