We are a leading provider of CRM solutions, and we're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support and Training Specialist. Based in Cardiff, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional support and training to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to end users of Cumming's Dynamics 365 Sales. This includes monitoring incoming support requests, collaborating with the CRM team to understand the range of functionality in D365 Sales, and identifying power users to work with SMEs and business decision makers to address training needs.

In addition to this, the role requires the ability to motivate others by helping them build their skills and capabilities within an ever-evolving system. If you have a passion for customer service, technical expertise, and training, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of around £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience providing ongoing support for end users;
  • A minimum of two years' experience conducting user training sessions;
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Engagement;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
