About the Role

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Van Sales Consultant to join their successful Middleton team.

The ideal candidate will have a retail sales background with experience of achieving targets, a genuine passion for people, and a strong ability to provide an outstanding customer buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take the time to talk to people and build a genuine rapport to identify customer needs and turn opportunities into business.
  • Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability for the dealership and group.
  • Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings to secure orders and have full involvement in all processes up to and following delivery.
  • Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans, and warranties.
  • Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to provide customers with all available options.
