Technical Doors Sales Estimator

JP Corry is seeking a skilled Technical Doors Sales Estimator to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support on certification for projects and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and our branch network to increase sales of our doors category.
  • Provide technical knowledge on door applications and ensure a seamless sales process from ordering through to the scheduling of materials.
  • Actively seek and develop innovative new product and service opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Support JP Corry's external and internal sales teams to ensure our customers' needs are met.
  • Produce regular reports on activity and results to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in an estimating role, ideally within the construction industry or a similar field.
  • Previous experience of prospecting and generating sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of current certification relating to all fire door specification.
  • Knowledge of contract procedures, material supply chains, and systems, ideally within the construction industry or a similar field.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
