About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team as a Senior Neonatal Staff Nurse. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in neonatal care, preferably in a senior role.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.">

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £44,590 - £54,895 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and flexible working hours.
