We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neonatal Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to neonates and their families in the intensive, high dependency, and special care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate neonatal care consistent with evidence-based practice
  • Discuss options and support parents in making informed choices regarding their baby's care
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of care and make necessary modifications
  • Act as an advocate for the baby and their family, empowering them to participate in care decisions

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a multidisciplinary team and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A registered nurse or midwife qualification is essential, along with knowledge of high-frequency oscillation and Nitric Oxide Therapy. We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
