We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our vibrant SEN school setting in West Drayton. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in supporting students with SEN, particularly those with Autism and complex SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with SEN, particularly those with Autism and complex SEMH needs
- Run intervention groups and provide one-on-one support to enhance the learning experience for these students
- Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to contribute to the school's strong home-school relationships and positive environment
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualifications
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
- Experience in SEND settings
- Adaptability and willingness to engage with the wider school and local community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role is a fixed term position for the current year, with the potential to become permanent by September 2025 or sooner. If you are passionate about supporting children with Autism in an SEN setting, please get in touch for more details.
