The role of Crisis Worker is critical in providing victims of sexual assault with dedicated support and care.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Crisis Worker at The Willow Tree SARC in Darlaston.
As a Crisis Worker, you will be a key player within the SARC team and wider company network, providing expert patient-centred services to patients across the criminal justice system.
Our unique provisions include Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs), Police Custodial Healthcare, Secure Estate Healthcare and clinical telephone advice.

Job DetailsLocation: The Willow Tree SARC, Darlaston
Additional Locations: West Midlands region
Salary: The payment rates for this role are a shift retainer of £45.84 Monday - Friday and £57.36 Saturday - Sunday, plus additional attendance payment of £46.50 hourly rate for overtime.
Rota Patterns: The shifts pattern are: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, you will also be able to cover days, nights, and weekends.
