Roofing Specialist

At GreenSquareAccord, we're seeking a highly skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in delivering high-quality roofing services and ensuring the upkeep of properties across our regions.

About the Role:

• 
  
• You will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys, and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice.
  
• You must be qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ2 level in Roofing, a Building-related trade, or can demonstrate equivalent trade experience to perform the role.
  
• A CSCS Card and asbestos awareness training would be desirable.
  
• You will undertake a range of planned and responsive maintenance works, repairing, replacing, and maintaining properties to a high standard.
  
• You will be required to refurbish properties, including dwellings, garages, communal areas, and buildings.
  

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• 
  
• Qualification in Roofing, Building-related trade, or equivalent trade experience.
  
• CSCS Card and asbestos awareness training desirable.
  
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols and regulations.
