**Clinical Homecare Nurse Opportunity**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NMC registered nurse to join our healthcare team in the South Wales area. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications in a variety of environments, including clinics, residential accommodation, and patients' own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform patient observations and ensure that any patient is fit to proceed with their treatment.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
  • Provide compassionate support to the patient and family.
  • Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that patient safety is paramount.

**Requirements**

  • Full NMC registration.
  • Excellent cannulation/phlebotomy skills.
  • Experience in standard and complex infusion therapies.
  • Commitment to maintain your professional development.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Full UK Driving license.
  • Willingness to travel in order to meet the needs of the services provided.
  • Chemotherapy/SACT experience would be an advantage, however training will be provided.

**What We Offer**

  • Annual salary: £36,646 to £38,000 (depending on experience).
  • Car allowance up to £6,465 per annum or entry to a salary sacrifice scheme.
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).

  • Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%).
