Chemotherapy Homecare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team as an Oncology Clinic Nurse at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Limited. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical homecare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver clinical care to patients with various oncology conditions, including chemotherapy, blood tests, and toxicity assessments.
- Work autonomously, with full support from our team, to provide individualized care to patients in their own homes or communities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Travel between patients throughout the day, utilizing a company-provided vehicle.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A valid NMC PIN and current registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
