About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the NHS South East London Integrated Care Board as a Project Manager - Integrated Community Equipment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a project to explore alternative commissioning arrangements for the Integrated Community Equipment service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a project plan to deliver the expected outputs, including project documentation, a vision for a new service, and a delivery options appraisal.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across four boroughs to gather insights and information to inform the project plan.
- Coordinate legal and procurement advice to support the project.
- Develop a deep understanding of Integrated Community Equipment Services and their role in keeping residents well and living independently in their own homes.
Requirements
- Strong project management experience, including working at pace to deliver key project objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with officers, health partners, and service users.
- Experience of developing an understanding of the Integrated Community Equipment sector, local needs, and other factors to inform commissioning options.
