About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance in providing timely and accurate regulatory advice.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in compliance and risk management, with experience working in a regulated environment;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in leading compliance monitoring activities, including customer journey reviews and second-line monitoring;
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FCA, Data Protection, and OFCOM regulations.

You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including regulatory gap analysis and advisory activities, and provide SME support to the business on internal projects.
