Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Systems Governance Expert to join our team in Coventry. As a Systems Governance Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our submarine programmes are delivered in accordance with established processes and procedures. This will involve providing guidance and support on governance matters, as well as reviewing and improving existing processes to ensure they remain effective and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of systems engineering principles and practices, as well as experience working in a highly regulated environment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to make a real impact within our organisation. We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave allowance, and Share Incentive Plan.
