Senior FX Sales Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and are passionate about the foreign exchange market. As a Senior FX Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading FCA-regulated currency market expert, offering a range of financial services, including foreign exchange, FX options, and bespoke structured products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on prospective clients to understand their business needs and potential requirements.
  • Make introductory calls to new corporate clients to establish relationships and identify potential opportunities.
  • Build a sales pipeline by working closely with experienced sales mentors and leveraging industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure all revenue targets are met while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop internal relationships with various departments to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic developments to provide expert advice to clients and drive sales growth.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for call performance, quality, and sales.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and take ownership of personal and team success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in FX sales, with a proven track record of closing new business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Goal-oriented and persistent, with a focus on short-term and long-term success.
  • Fluent English language skills.
