Ideal Recruit Ltd is seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their busy warehouse in Riddings, DE55.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced driver who can safely operate the FLT truck and perform various tasks within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have confidence on the truck and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the FLT truck to transport stock within the warehouse
  • Load and unload wagons using the FLT truck
  • Perform other warehouse duties as required, including receiving and dispatching goods

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be able to follow safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous experience operating an FLT truck in a warehouse setting
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of £11.44-£12.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. In-house licenses and training are acceptable, and assessments will be conducted.
