Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to come and join our team at The Silver X Group.

**Who are we?**

Born in 2013, The Silver X Group is an aggressively growing company specialising in the logistics marketplace. From the bedroom of our founder to a company that can boast an 8-figure turnover, 5 warehouses and over 80 vehicles, employing over 100 people, we are certainly not resting on our laurels.

On a daily basis the successful Warehouse Supervisor will report into the Warehouse Manager and lead a team of highly successful colleagues. You will also have responsibility for the following areas:

- Daily management of colleagues.
- Joint responsibility for continuous improvement within the warehouse.
- Based upon one of the key warehousing sections, i.e. inbound, outbound, cross-dock, pick & pack, replenishment or e-commerce.
- Responsible for all health & safety across site and promoting a safe atmosphere in which to work.
- Colleague engagement is at the forefront of the business, thus you will be expected to promote a healthy environment.

**The Successful Applicant**

The successful Warehouse Supervisor will be based in Alfreton, Derbyshire and embody the following experience / skills:

- Ability to cover a Mon-Fri days with a flexible approach to hours.
- 2+ years experience in Team Leading, Supervision and / or Warehouse Management.
- Strong background of knowledge in warehousing and logistics
- Proven track record of leading teams.
- IOSH or NEBOSH is desirable, but not essential.
- Warehouse Management System knowledge and experience essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
