About the Role
Avoidable harm is a key consideration in our global operations, and we're looking for a professional to lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives in the renewable energy sector.
As the Corporate HSE Head, you'll oversee the development and implementation of HSE policies, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and local authorities to embed HSE practices across all project levels.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of HSE policies at a corporate level.
- Steer multiple large-scale projects across the renewable and EPC sectors.
- Build and mentor a diverse team dedicated to a safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Implement KPIs and review HSE performance to maintain high standards.
What We're Looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering preferred).
- 15-20 years of experience in HSE roles, specifically within renewable energy or EPC projects.
- Proven experience in the GCC region.
- Western expatriate ideal, with a commitment to enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
Benefits
This role offers a highly competitive salary of $20,000 - $25,000 USD per month, designed to reward your expertise and the value you bring.
