Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including data entry, document management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes, improving productivity and reducing errors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, using SharePoint platforms and other software tools.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant administration/data entry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other similar software programs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
