Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: Covering various regions in the UK

Package: £28,000 Base Salary + bonus - OTE £80,000-£100,000 (uncapped) and Tax Efficient Company Car

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

At Rubber Duck Cars, we are seeking a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers a dynamic work environment, a competitive remuneration package, and a supportive team culture.

The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive will be responsible for selling vans in various regions, targeting sales of 1-15 vans with small to medium-sized clients. The role will involve a mix of home-based work, visiting new and existing retail clients, and visiting dealerships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicle options.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals while upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to expand the dealership's market presence.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Full UK driving license
