Job Title: Technical Delivery Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Vision33. As a key member of our SAP Business One practice, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the collection of client technical data, ensuring accurate build information, and driving an efficient sales and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between Vision33's Regional Sales and Project Delivery teams, as well as our Technical and Product teams for the submission and coordination of client projects and requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to broker discussions with Vision33 internal teams and clients to ensure correct technical and project details are obtained.
  • Use Vision33 tools to remove barriers to data collection, reconcile shared information, and keep client projects progressing.
  • Facilitate positive communications across internal team resources to facilitate and enable client success.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to provide information to support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements to streamline operations, and work jointly with internal teams to enhance client and Vision33 success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years project delivery experience working directly with internal and external clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, or an equivalent post-secondary combination of education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated client-focused approach with superior people skills.
  • Proven technical aptitude from past experiences.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration, communications (written and verbal), and conflict resolution skills are a must.
  • Self-motivated, fast-learner, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Independent-thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer service environment.
  • Must know Microsoft Office suite of products: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to ERP systems (note: SAP Business One would be a win), AWS, cloud-based solutions, and client technical infrastructure will make you stand out.
  • Smartsheet experience will score you extra points, although knowledge of other project/task management tools will also be an asset.
