We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Display Coordinator to join our DOLCE&GABBANA team in London.

Job Overview

  • This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent display of products across our stores, aligning with the brand's image and guidelines provided by Global Visual Merchandising.

Main Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will be accountable for the effective presentation of merchandise, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to sales growth.
  • Collaborate with VM Teams to assign specific projects, guaranteeing the spread of corporate values and maintaining high-quality store standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, supporting Line Managers and VM Teams in creating engaging visual displays that drive sell-through.
  • Foster ongoing training on seasonal and category-specific product exhibition guidelines, ensuring staff proficiency and adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure that all stores maintain uniform exhibition standards, respecting established protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles within the Luxury industry is required.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as organizational abilities and understanding of priorities, are necessary.
  • Candidates must also be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the demands and expectations of this critical role in achieving exceptional results.
