Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide expert advice on our range of ink and toner cartridges.
- Adapt your communication style to suit our diverse customer base, from individuals to large businesses.
- Provide solutions to customer needs, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in an outbound telesales role.
- A positive and proactive approach, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and a helpful nature.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and a friendly disposition.
- IT literacy, including competency with Excel.
