Job Summary:

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd. is seeking a skilled Traffic Marshall to join our team in a long-term capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of personnel and equipment on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate traffic flow and manage site access to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control the movement of vehicles and personnel on site, ensuring that all personnel are aware of and comply with site rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to develop and implement traffic management plans that meet the needs of the site and ensure the safety of all personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and employees, to ensure a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS Blue Traffic Marshall ticket
  • Experience in working as a Traffic Marshall
  • Right to Work in the UK
