Senior Private Equity Investor Relations Manager

We are working with a highly regarded UK growth and lower mid-market private equity fund who are looking to hire an experienced IR/Fundraising professional to work in a 360 capacity.
This position will involve planning and pre-marketing their next fund which is due to launch soon.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with senior partners to get to know the investor base and contribute to the proactive outreach programme to existing and potential investors.
- Engaging professionally and collaboratively with internal stakeholders including investment professionals, finance and operations teams.
- Leading on internal and external communication including PR, website and all investor materials.
- Driving future fundraising efforts from strategy development through to the preparation of documentation and investor outreach.
- Leading the agenda and content development for key annual events - AGMs, LPACs, Advisory Board meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous relevant private markets experience in investor relations at a GP or placement agent.
- Demonstrable ability to build LP relationships and broaden investor networks.
- Exposure to or knowledge of private equity strategies is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills and an ability to take ownership and drive projects in a disciplined manner.
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000-£120,000 per annum.
