Private Equity Investor Relations Specialist

Our client is a leading international large-cap private equity firm with over 30 years of experience throughout Europe. This presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to join one of the most prominent and highly active private equity houses.
The Role: Investor Relations AssociateWe are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with existing and prospective institutional investors throughout the fundraising lifecycle, focusing on LP communications, co-investments, and project management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Project manage ongoing and future fundraising processes and provide exceptional service to institutional investors.
- Develop compelling investor communications, including marketing materials for existing and new investors, as well as materials for investor events such as annual investor meetings, LPAC meetings, quarterly calls, and other investor events.
- Contribute to fundraising data rooms by drafting documentation, including PPMs, case studies, DDQs, and other materials.
- Support the development of our Investor Relations digital infrastructure by implementing new tools to enhance our work processes.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including Investment, Legal, Finance, and Coverage.
- A degree level qualification with experience in Investor Relations, Placement Agents, or a similar environment within the alternatives industry.
- A client-centric mindset and service-oriented nature.
- A strong work ethic.
- A self-starter who can take the initiative internally and externally.
- The ability to develop strong working relationships.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
