Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Learning and Progress Coach to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEN to achieve their academic goals.

You will work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans that cater to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a year 11 male pupil with Down syndrome in a 1:1 setting
  • Helping the student stay organized and focused, ensuring they meet their academic targets
  • Fostering a positive and respectful relationship with the student, built on trust and empathy
