Job Description

As a valued member of our team at KLW Ltd, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our projects. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Planning Associate/Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Promote land for development, engage with the public, and facilitate exhibitions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Contribute to the development of new projects, applying your expertise and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Professional planning experience, with a minimum of 2 years for Senior Planner and 5 years for Associate.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record.
