Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Promote land for development, engage with the public through consultations and exhibitions, and foster strong relationships with clients.

Requirements
  • Professional planning experience, with a minimum of 2 years for Senior Planner and 5 years for Associate, ideally including private sector experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
