Defect Resolution Specialist

Vistry Group is a leading developer of homes and communities in the UK. We're seeking a Defect Resolution Specialist to join our team in the Cotswolds region. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll ensure that all defects reported by purchasers are resolved promptly and professionally, maintaining our company's reputation for quality and excellence.
About the RoleThe Defect Resolution Specialist will work closely with our site teams to identify and resolve defects reported by purchasers. This involves reviewing defect reports, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements- Experience in defect resolution or customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with building regulations and construction standards
- Valid CSCS card and driving license
We offer a competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus annual bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes a company van, up to 33 days annual leave, private healthcare, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and share incentive schemes.
