About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Golding Homes. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in elevating our technological capabilities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions to support our business objectives.
  • Lead our transition to a Microsoft Power Platform environment, leveraging tools such as PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into our existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical architectures, ensuring alignment with Golding Homes' strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing IT solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, databases, and application development, along with extensive knowledge of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
What We Offer
  • A competitive annual salary of circa £63,000.
  • A 37-hour working week, with flexibility to work outside normal office hours in response to critical incidents or planned maintenance activities.
