About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Golding Homes. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in elevating our technological capabilities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions to support our business objectives.
  • Lead our transition to a Microsoft Power Platform environment, leveraging tools such as PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into our existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical architectures, ensuring alignment with Golding Homes' strategic goals.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in designing and implementing IT solutions, including cloud computing, databases, and application development. You will have extensive knowledge of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.

Additionally, you will have experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate. A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, you will be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of circa £63,000, a 37-hour working week, and a Total Reward package that includes 28 days annual leave, company pension contribution, life assurance, and flexible benefits.
