Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Employment Advisor to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in assisting unemployed individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients with multiple barriers, including mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, criminal histories, and skills gaps.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' specific challenges, past experiences, skills, and training needs.
  • Engage with local employers to uncover new job opportunities and promote these positions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an Employment Advisor/Job Coach, demonstrating a successful track record in helping unemployed individuals secure work.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
