Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a Facilities Management Professional to join our team at Think Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness across residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping and tidying
- Empty bins and remove waste/litter picking
- Removal of furniture or bulk items
- Touch up painting as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities management
- A full UK driving licence
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
This is a temporary role, lasting approximately 3 months, working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. The position is based in Kidderminster.
