Job Title: Clinical Lead in Elderly Care

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care to residents

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
* Provide guidance and support to nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse (essential)
* NVQ L3
* Elderly and dementia specialist
* Good communication and leadership skills
