About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paperwork Controller to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our factory operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the work area to maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to high standards of machinery maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Conduct daily machine safety checks and record packs per minute (PPM) on machines, ensuring products meet quality standards.
  • Oversee product changeovers, minimizing downtime while maintaining accuracy and safety.
  • Liaise with Line Leaders and engineers to address any issues or concerns.
  • Adhere to 'World Class' standards at all times.
Requirements
  • Essential: previous experience with SOPs and working in a food factory (ideally salads).
  • Good level of English and Maths.
  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
