**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Technologist to join our team at Alexander Steele Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with food labeling regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local and international food labeling regulations, including allergen and nutrition labeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information for specification development.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to develop and modify product specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in food labeling regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a specification technologist role within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of food ingredient functionality, nutritional analysis, and allergen management.
