About the Role

This is a temporary staffing role where you will work as part of a dynamic care team providing high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
• Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting. A minimum of 6-12 months care experience is required, along with NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care are essential skills.

Working Hours and Pay
