Industrial Training Specialist

We are seeking an Industrial Training Specialist to join our MTC Training Team in Coventry, focusing on delivering high-quality electrical bias training.

This role involves managing and developing a comprehensive teaching and learning experience, ensuring effective delivery of subjects that align with competencies and supporting learner progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of practical and theoretical skills within the current apprenticeship trailblazer standards.
  • Support the delivery at level 2, 3, and HNC, ensuring successful completion of both the level 3 apprenticeship & HNC programmes.
  • Management of physical learning resources and teaching spaces to ensure training and assessment of learners within guided learning hours.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a candidate with:

Essential:

  • Industry-related qualifications such as L3 Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or Degree.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSE's in Maths and English grade C or above.

Desirable:

  • CAVA or equivalent assessor qualifications.
  • Recognised Training/Teaching Qualification.
  • Internal Quality Assurance qualifications.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
