Electronics Trainer and Developer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Trainer and Developer to join our MTC Training Team in Coventry.

This role requires managing and developing a comprehensive and innovative teaching and learning experience in various practical and theoretical skills within the current apprenticeship trailblazer standards.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality electrical bias training, satisfy Awarding Body requirements, and support the delivery of topics aligned with their knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective delivery of subjects that align with competencies, focusing on electronic-based knowledge and practical subjects.
  • Support the delivery at level 2, 3, and HNC, ensuring learner progression towards successful completion of both the level 3 apprenticeship & HNC programmes.
  • Management of physical learning resources and teaching spaces to ensure training and assessment of learners within guided learning hours.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a candidate with:

Essential:

  • Industry-related qualifications such as L3 Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or Degree.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSE's in Maths and English grade C or above.

Desirable:

  • CAVA or equivalent assessor qualifications.
  • Recognised Training/Teaching Qualification.
  • Internal Quality Assurance qualifications.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
