Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will work closely with a challenging pupil with Autism, providing individualized support to help them manage their behavior and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior support plans to address specific needs and goals
  • Provide one-on-one support to the pupil, promoting positive behavior and social skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system
  • Monitor and record progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, education, social work)
  • Experience working with children with Autism or other special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
